Sahrc Zambia Organizational Structure

1. Management Board

  • Chairperson

  • Vice Chairperson

  • Secretary

  • Treasurer

  • Board Members (with expertise in law, climate, agriculture, human rights, finance, etc.)

Roles: Strategic oversight, policy guidance, fundraising support, and governance.

2. Executive Leadership

  • Executive Director / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
    Leads overall operations, strategy, and implementation of organizational goals. Reports to the Management Board.

3.Management Team

  • Programs Director
    Oversees all programmatic activities and ensures alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Finance and Administration Manager
    Manages budgeting, accounting, HR, and administrative support.

  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager
    Leads impact tracking, learning, and reporting on projects.

  • Communications and Advocacy Manager
    Oversees media, public relations, advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
